Meet Gloria Bordwell

1. Resurrection party after Easter Vigil Mass at SJ in the social hall.

2. Divine Mercy Sunday: Sunday, April 27 at 230 in Crosslake at Immaculate Heart.

3. First Holy Communion will be at the 1030 Mass on Sunday, April 27th.

3-13-25 Interview of Emma Stokman

1. SJ Gala is coming up May 16th, thanks for all who are helping us by taking a pew sticker from the board in the entry way at SJ.  Keep it up.  

2. Holy Week schedule:

• Holy Thursday 6 PM SJ
• Good Friday services 3 PM OLF, 6 PM SJ
• Easter Vigil 9 PM with resurrection party afterwards
• Easter Sunday 8:30 AM OLF, 10:30 AM SJ

3. Easter Memorial flowers due April 14th (This Monday)

4-6-25 Meet Amy and Bill

1. Men's retreat this Saturday, Walk ins welcome.  Mass at 8 AM (first Sat.) breakfast at 8:30 am and first talk is at 9:15 AM.  The day ends with 4 PM Mass at OLF with Bishop Daniel, all are welcome to attend the Mass.  There will be no 8:30 AM Mass Sunday April 6th because of the extra Mass.

2. SJ Gala planning is in full swing.  Call office or visit website to reserve a spot at the Gala.

3. Last stations of the cross, and dinners afterwards are Friday April 11th.  See bulletin for Holy Week schedule.

4. Last faith formation night is April 9th.  

3-30-25 Meet Colin and Anna who have been open to life through adoption

1. Gala individual reservations are now on sale, call the office or visit our website
2. Men’s retreat is coming up next weekend, please sign up by calling the office, signing up at entry way of SJ or online. The day ends with a 4 PM Mass with Bishop Daniel. All welcome to attend.
3. 4 PM Mass at OLF w/ FGZ. There will be no 8:30 Mass as a result of having 2 Saturday Masses.
4. 10:30 Mass is Ad Orientem this week and next week.
5. Walleye dinner tickets available after Masses today for this coming Friday April 4^th

1. "Taste of Heaven" is the theme for our May 16 Gala. Right now, table and event sponsorships are available. You can find information about sponsorships on the church website's gala page. New this year, we are seeking wine-pairing sponsors. If that is something you are interested in, or have questions about sponsorships, contact Joanne Ruttger. Her contact information is on the gala page on the website as well. Individual reservations will be available later in March. Proceeds from the gala will go toward purchasing new church pews.
2. The Ministries Appeal: Fostering personal growth through charitable initiatives, support services, and outreach ministries is part of Evangelization & Outreach done through the Ministries Appeal. If you haven’t made your gift yet, please prayerfully consider doing so.

4. Feast of St. Joseph is Wednesday, March 19^th. We’ll have Mass at 6pm followed by an ice cream sundae social at SJ.

6. Stations of the Cross starts this Friday. 4pm at OLF and 6pm at SJ with a simple meal to follow at both. (meatless potluck at OLF)

 

3-2-25 Deacon Jim shares some perspective of serving as a Deacon

March 2nd 2025

1. Our adoration chapel has several hours open.  Please see the bulletin and consider taking or sharing an hour before the Blessed Sacrament each week.
